If the jewelry design includes Diamonds, Gemstones, Moissanite or Cubic Zirconia, our in-house skilled artisans will set the requests stone into the metal setting by using various techniques, such as prong setting, bezel setting, or channel setting.
The stage of setting stones is a very crucial part of the production and required high skilled workers with essential experience and special training that we provide at N.E.F.
At our factory there are two different departments related stones setting, first department specializes in setting Moissanite and Cubic Zirconia stones, while the second department is specializing in Diamond setting.
Each department has its own specialty, the workers in each department go through different trainings for different stones setting.
The appropriate and professional way to set stones is by handmade. However, there are necessary and helpful equipment’s that help us to elevate the outcome of the stone setting.
